In its grandest iteration to date, the Outlaw Music Festival will embark on a 2024 North American Tour, covering 26 shows with country music legends Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan. The first leg of the trip, featuring the combined forces of Robert Plant & Alison Krauss as our third headlining act, will include a June 28th appearance in Syracuse, New York, LIVE at the Lakeview Amphitheater, alongside guest singer Celisse.

Willie Nelson, one of outlaw country’s founding fathers and winner of a dozen GRAMMY Awards, lends his decades-defying voice and showmanship to the upcoming festival. He will be joined by his long-time touring group, the Family, on stage, and together, they will perform a rousing setlist of Nelson’s most beloved hits. Think genre standards “Hello Walls” and “Pretty Paper,” Billboard Country #1 hits like “Forgiving You Was Easy,” and all-time great songs “Highwayman,” “Beer for My Horses,” and “On the Road Again.”

Meanwhile, songwriter extraordinaire Bob Dylan will sing you poetry from the 1960s era of folk revival — tracks that earned him a place in three major music Halls of Fame. In SIXTY celebrated years, this all-American icon ushered in a rustic flavor of rock and roll, graced by his distinctly impressionistic lyricism and expressive acoustic arrangements. Cherish Dylan’s legacy through his GREATEST hits, hallmarked by GRAMMY Hall of Fame records, including “Like a Rolling Stone,” “Blowin' in the Wind,” and “Mr. Tambourine Man.”

Rounding up our headlining quartet are former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant and bluegrass superstar Alison Krauss. As a team, these two multi-awarded artists combine vocal and emotional power, proving undeniable chemistry with their Billboard Top Rock and Independent albums Raising Sand (2007) and Raise the Roof (2021). As such, fans are anticipating evocative performances of their collaborative singles, which feature critically acclaimed classics such as “Rich Woman,” “Please Read the Letter,” “The Price of Love,” and “Going Where the Lonely Go.”

The event will also showcase support from Celisse, a folk-soul performer gifted with a larger-than-life presence, a heavenly voice, and a distinct R&B lilt. Watch as she wows the crowd through her original hits like “Freedom” and jaw-dropping covers of country staples.

“This year’s Outlaw Music Festival Tour promises to be the biggest and best yet with this lineup of legendary artists. I am thrilled to get back on the road again with my family and friends playing the music we love for the fans we love,” the 90-year-old Nelson shared.

As an added treat, the festival will again launch a special “Outlaw Village” marketplace, where various vendors and artisans from all over the United States assemble. Peruse a wide selection of crafts, arts, and clothing, on top of authentic, mouth-watering local cuisine.

The Outlaw Music Festival, featuring Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, marks the Lakeview Amphitheater (formally the Empower FCU Amphitheater) for one Friday night you shouldn’t miss on June 28th! Up to 17,500 visitors will be privy to the show, backdropped by a pristine waterside view of Lake Onondaga, with world-class amenities included and resounding outdoor acoustics tuned.
